These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CRYPTO NOVΛ mobile application and website. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. The service

CRYPTO NOVΛ provides crypto market analytics, ready-made futures setups, autotrading configuration, portfolio tools, education and personal guidance. Features may change, be added or removed over time.

3. Not financial advice

• All analytics, signals, setups and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• Crypto trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your capital. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing are handled through the App Store; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
